Welcome to Amara Therapy. My name is Sue Bentley and I have over 25 years experience within the beauty and spa industry. I have worked in some of the UK’s most prestigious spas and for luxury spa brands Decleor and Elemis. I have always had a passion for holistic therapies; the power of aromatherapy and essential oils, and the important of relaxation – even if it’s just half an hour of peace each day to walk the dog or have a nice bath.

During the unforeseen circumstances of 2020 I made the decision to use my knowledge and experience by offering therapies that focus purely on relaxation. Whether you are suffering from stress related symptoms like anxiety and headaches or if you just want to escape and experience an hour or two of peaceful calm.
